How do I reserve a property at the Porto Pafos Residence?

A reservation/holding fee of Euro €50,000 is requested, which takes the property off the market and secures today’s price on the property, until official purchase contracts can be drawn up within a period of two months The reservation deposit is non refundable and at the expiration of the two month period the company will put the property on the market for sale.


Will I require a solicitor to act on my behalf?

It is recommended that the purchaser appoints a lawyer to act on their behalf for the purchase. The purchaser’s lawyer will prepare the necessary purchase contract in cooperation with the seller and negotiate terms on behalf of the purchaser.


What are the stages of payment for the Porto Pafos Residence?

Payment stages are as follows:

Reservation/holding fee of €50,000

The Contract signing amount and the Delivery of the property amount will be agreed subject to the actual delivery date.


Are Mortgages available when purchasing on the Porto Pafos Residence?

Banks and other financial institutions may consider mortgage loan applications on a case by case basis, subject to terms and conditions to be agreed upon by the lender and the applicant.  The company will assist in any way possible whenever such applications are submitted by prospective clients/buyers.


What will I need to do for delivery of the property?

Our Customer Services Department will invite our clients/buyers to accept and take delivery of their property, arrange utilities, furniture shopping, etc. and offer assistance where needed.
